Chaolong

It is a vietnamese noodles made from the rice noodles and the soup of the beef bone. They call it chaolong because when the noodle dish is more aptly called pho. Chao long is a congee (rice porridge) with beef innards . There are two that I know flavored of chaolong Beef stew,and  Beef bone.

Beef stew Noodles are served with a plate of Bean sprouts, basil leaves and kalamansi on the side.The condiments are fish sauce, chilli, pepper and whatever you want to put in your stew.

Macarons

It is a from French sweet meringue based confection made from egg white, icing sugar,granulated sugar,almond powder and food coloring. Maaron filled with ganache, buttercream, or jam filling sandwich between two biscuits. Here are the flavors of macarons. I want to taste this macarons!
