Is a fourth class municipalities and coastal resort town of Ilocos Norte, Province.The Northern Ilocos region, Philippines.  Many attractions will be found in Pagudpud white sand beaches and crystal blue water that pagudpud makes heaven for the tourist that come. One of the famous is Maira-Ira Point is also emergig attraction with secluded beach known as "Blue Lagoon".Paselang Bay a view leads a wide and relaxing beaches backed by mountains with waterfalls Kabigan and Mabagawith cool, cold and refreshing water.

Bangui Windmills

Windmills are considered as Southeast Asia's biggest wind turbines located in Ilocos Norte. 20 beautiful windmills that generates power each turbine has capacity to generate electicity to a maximum  of 1.65 megawatts.The turbines are lined in arc position at the shoreline of Bangui Bay facing West Philippine Sea.
Turbine Height from ground level to center of nacelle reaches 70 m high. Each blade  is 41 meters long with rotor diameter of 82 m and wind swept area is 5281 sq. m.  40% of  the generated electricity is sold and used by the residents of Ilocos.
